In accordance with Financial Agreement ¹ 2006- (ÑÌ- ÏÌ- ÎÌ)- 037 between Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen and the Human Resource Development Centre, Socrates National Agency, for the academic 2006/2007 year teachers can apply for individual Erasmus grants in :
• The University for Professional Education Rotterdam- Rotterdam- 1 teacher for 1 week
• The Hague University- Hague- teacher for 1 week
